• Free to edit, but requires knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Can pay others for unique themes
  

Widget Integration:

• Widgitized backend making adjustments to the sidepanel trivial
• Most new widgets support Blogger by default

Group Blog support:

• Yes

Notes:

• One of the first blog platforms to hit mainstream, Blogger was bought by Google in 2003.
  
• There is no paid option with Blogger, although Google does make it trivial to add AdWords to your site so that you can generate revenue if you so desired.
